Fun educational app aimed at younger readers to keep them informed of the environment
Words: Joshua Correia
As the Christmas holidays come nearer, students will soon have weeks of free time stretched in front of them.
So, the Co-operative’s Green School’s Revolution programme has introduced a new free Green app game, which is primarily aimed at 7 to 14 year olds to play after they break up for the Christmas holidays.
The app is designed to teach students about how they can treat the environment in a better way by cutting down on electricity and turning off taps when we’re not using them. They can also try out quizzes on energy and healthy living.
Simply put, it’s an app that teaches them more about how to help the environment with problems like pollution and greenhouse gasses.
The app is available to download on the iTunes store on the 9th of December strictly for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
