Turbo Cuts
Final Verdict
There’s nothing special about Pure Labs Turbo Cuts. It is a weak, low quality fat burner offering mediocre ingredients and standard serving sizes. Some of the ingredients in Turbo Cuts don’t have a lot of scientific proof backing them up. Most of the benefits will come from the Tyrosine and Caffeine. Together, these will keep you calm and energized. But that’s it. There are better fat burners out there than Turbo Cuts for sure.
Our Pure Labs Turbo Cuts Review
Pure Labs Turbo Cuts is a brand new fat burning supplement. It is not a very well-known bodybuilding supplement right now. However, Turbo Cuts has already got a few positive reviews online, and more people are talking about it on the major bodybuilding forums. Pure Labs already have a couple of highly popular fat burners and slimming pills on the market. It looks like Turbo Cuts is going to become just as popular in time.
So what does Turbo Cuts do? Who is it for and how does it work?
According to the bottle, Turbo Cuts is a “turbo-charged formula”. Pure Labs say that users can expect the following benefits from Turbo Cuts:
- Increased energy levels
- Suppressed appetite
- Metabolism support
Turbo Cuts is explicitly described as a “weight loss supplement”, not a specialist fat burner for bodybuilders. However, the benefits suggest that Turbo Cuts is much more of a sports-specific supplement than a diet pill.
In any case, if Turbo Cuts can suppress appetite, increase energy levels, and support a healthy, efficient metabolism, it will be a great supplement for people looking to lose ore weight during their next dieting phase.
The question is, can it actually do all of this?
Does Turbo Cut really work?
Is it safe? Should you be worried about side effects?
Is Turbo Cuts right for you, or is there a better option for enhancing fat loss?

Turbo Cuts Ingredients
Let’s check out the Turbo Cuts formula and see what this fat burner can rally do. Here is the ingredients list as displayed on the label:
That’s not the most comprehensive formula we’ve ever seen. Turbo Cuts is not the most powerful fat burner we’ve seen either.
We have to say that we’re not huge fans of the Turbo Cuts formula.
A weight loss supplement doesn’t need to contain lots of ingredients to be good. It doesn’t need to provide exotic herbal extracts or research chemicals. But we do need a bit more than what we get from Turbo Cuts!
There are some decent fat burning substances in Turbo Cuts.
The caffeine will dramatically increase energy levels, suppress appetite, as well as directly promoting fat metabolism.
Tyrosine helps you stay focused and motivated during periods of intense physical and environmental strain. Whether you’re hungry, sleep deprived, exhausted, or whatever, Tyrosine can improve your training and your athletic performance.
Dandelion Root is a natural diuretic. So if you’re trying to get in shape for a bodybuilding show or you’re trying to make weight for a power-lifting meet, this can give you a quick water weight drop.
But these ingredients alone do not constitute a top quality fat burner.
Caffeine is a basic fat burner ingredient; every weight loss supplement utilizes caffeine, usually with a larger dose than we get from Turbo Cuts.
Tyrosine can help you stay focused while your under physical strain, but that is only going to make a slight difference yo your training. Tyrosine is more of a nootropic than a fat burner.
Dandelion root is a diuretic, but it isn’t the best natural diuretic out there.
All-in-all, we’re not impressed with Turbo Cuts. We think it is a weak fat burner. Whatever your goals are – whatever it is that you need specific help with – there are definitely better supplements out there right now.
Let’s go through these points in a little more detail.
Main Strengths
- Good serving of Caffeine
- Uses Tyrosine
The big strength of Pure Labs Turbo Cuts is the caffeine content.
Each serving of Turbo Cuts contains 200mg of high quality, purified caffeine anhydrous.
Caffeine anhydrous is a more concentrated form of caffeine that you’re used to consuming. I has had all of its water molecules removed, meaning that it packs more of a punch than regular caffeine on a gram for gram basis. Generally speaking, we think of 100mg of caffeine anhydrous as similar in strength to about 150mg of regular caffeine (that’s just our rough estimate).
Taking 200mg of caffeine anhydrous will significantly increase energy levels. Turbo Cuts users will experience heightened focus, greater motivation, decreased fatigue, and far higher levels of physical energy.
Caffeine is also an appetite suppressant and a direct fat burner. These effects aren’t massive, but they’re definitely real.
200mg of caffeine anhydrous is more than enough to produce all of these effects in pretty much everybody.
Turbo Cuts will therefore enhance your performance in the gym while also promoting fat loss and helping you avoid snacking. Caffeine is a basic fat burner – it should be in every fat loss supplement. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t extremely effective.
Main Weaknesses
- Some ingredients do nothing for fat loss
- No thermogenic
- No real appetite suppressant
- No insulin support
- Caffeine & Tyrosine not enough by themselves
Turbo Cuts contains a couple of very good ingredients. Tyrosine and Caffeine can both enhance fat loss. They work in different ways, but the end result is better, more effective training, higher energy levels, and less stress.
However, we don’t think Turbo Cuts is a very good fat burner overall.
The formula has several flaws which put us off using this supplement.
The main issue for us is the fact that there are so many missing pieces – Turbo Cuts lacks several of the components that we look for in all fat burners today.
For example, there’s no appetite suppressant in this formula.
We think every good quality fat burner needs to contain a dedicated hunger suppressor. For most people, the constant urge to snack and the temptation to overeat are the hardest things to overcome during a cut.
Getting to the gym in the morning or getting out to do your cardio is easy.
Bringing your own low calorie meal to a party where everyone else is ordering Domino’s pizza is really hard.
So we look to utilize fat burners that help you overcome the hunger and the food cravings which can so easily derail a cut.
Some fat burners contain agents which expand and thicken in the stomach, making you feel a lot fuller despite eating very few calories. Others contain substances known to naturally increase satiety, meaning you are left more satisfied with your food even though it lacks the fat, sugar and salt we normally crave.
Turbo Cuts doesn’t contain any proper appetite suppressants.
Caffeine does suppress appetite to some degree, but the effect is not particularly strong. You certainly wont see the same drop in hunger that you would using something like glucomannan.
We need more than just caffeine from a modern, professional-quality, premium fat burner.
Another big absence from the Turbo Cuts formula is chili extract – this fat burner doesn’t utilize capsaicin for thermogenesis!
Pretty much every decent fat burner on the market today provides some kind of chili extract.
Chili extract promotes fat loss in a completely unique way. Consuming a capsaicin-rich chili extract raises your internal body temperature. Basically, capsaicin is an irritant that your body recognizes as heat. When you consume capsaicin then, your body triggers its heat response.
Anyone who has eaten a really spicy chili knows what this entails – you sweat, your heart rate increases, your breathing becomes heavy, and your blood vessels dilate. All of this costs calories, and plenty of them.
Consuming chili extract therefore puts you into a deeper relative caloric deficit.
Yet Turbo Cuts does not take advantage of this fantastic natural fat burner! Almost every other fat burner on the market utilizes chili extract because it is so reliable and so effective. Why hasn’t Pure Labs used it in Turbo Cuts?!
Turbo Cuts Side Effects – Is It Safe?
On the whole, Pure Labs Turbo Cuts looks like a fairly safe fat burner to us.
We think a lot of you will be able to use Turbo Cuts without experiencing serious adverse effects.
That said, there are a few things you need to think carefully about before you use this supplement. We think there is a very good chance that most users will experience some side effects from Turbo Cuts, and that a small number of users will experience serious side effects.
The main side effect risk comes from the caffeine anhydrous content.
Turbo Cuts contains 200mg of caffeine anhydrous. This is roughly equivalent to 2-3 shots of espresso. As each daily serving of Turbo Cuts comes in a single capsule, taking this fat burner is like downing 3 shots of espresso in one go.
We don’t need to tell that you this is a hell of a lot of caffeine to take in one hit. The likely side effects include:
- Jitters
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Stomach cramps
- Heart palpitations
- Elevated heart rate
- Hypertension
- Sweating
- Dizziness
- Anxiety
- Lack of focus
- Irritation
- Insomnia
Taking this much caffeine on a regular basis can have lasting, long-term effects on your life. Some long-term side effects are chronic insomnia, dependency, and anxiety.
You need to carefully calculate your existing caffeine intake before you start adding in more from supplements. Tea, coffee, pre-workouts – it all adds up!
Another potential side effect causer is the dandelion root. This natural diuretic makes you lose more water than you normally would (along with more sugar, salt, and electrolytes).
If you’re using a diuretic – even a weak one like dandelion – you need to take measures to avoid dehydration.
All things considered, Pure Labs Turbo Cuts looks like a reasonably safe fat burner. Just evaluate the risks properly, talk to your doctor, and follow the manufacturer’s usage instructions.
CAUTION
Please be aware of the following facts while reading our fat burner reviews:
- We are not doctors
- This is not medical advice
We don’t know you or your physiology. Everyone is different. All we’re doing here is highlighting the most serious risks as we see them. You must do your own research carefully and talk to your regular GP before using any fat burners.
Fat burners are not quick fixes for obesity. They are serious sports supplements designed for experienced athletes. If you experience any side effects while using Pure Labs Turbo Cuts, cease use immediately and get medical attention.
Pure Labs Turbo Cuts Review Summary – Is It A Good Fat Burner?
We don’t think this is a very good fat burner at all.
Turbo Cuts only contains two ingredients worth taking – caffeine and tryosine.
While these substances will enhance your training, they aren’t particularly potent fat burners.
Caffeine is a basic, staple fat burner ingredient – it’s in practically every fat burner on the market.
Tyrosine promotes calmness in stressful situations – great for training, but it’s not going to make a massive difference.
There’s not much else worth talking about in Turbo Cuts. It is missing some core fat burner ingredients too. There’s no appetite suppressant, no chromium, no thermogenics – these are BIG gaps in a premium formula.
