- Good serving of Green Coffee Bean Extract
- Utilizes Chromium
- Good serving of Capsicum
- Glucomannan dosed too low -African Mangoe a poor substitute
- No green tea extract
- Raspberry Extract is completely useless - IT DOES NOTHING
There are some highly effective natural fat burners in Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt. Taken together, these substances can definitely enhance fat loss, reduce appetite, and ultimately help you have a more successful cutting phase. But the Ultra Sculpt formula is deeply flawed. Some ingredients – potentially amazing fat burners – are dosed too low. The main ingredient is a complete dud too. While most users will get results using this fat burner, we think there are much better products on the market than Ultra Sculpt.
Our Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt Review
Amour Nutrition are a relatively obscure supplement brand. It isn’t clear where they are based exactly; the only website we’ve been able to find is their India one, but on that site they claim to be a US-based company. This kind of ambiguity is never a good sign!
However, Amour Nutrition do have a large number of different supplements on sale. They all seem to do very well on Amazon. They currently offer a wide range of single-ingredient supplements such as Garcinia Cambogia and Green tea Extract. They also offer a few pre-made stacks. Ultra Sculpt is their dedicated fat burner.
According to the Amazon page, Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt delivers the following benefits:
- Increases metabolic rate
- Accelerates fat metabolism
- Increased energy levels
- Suppresses appetite
Amour Nutrition claims that Ultra Sculpt does all of this without causing side effects.
If all of this is true, then Ultra Sculpt will probably be one of the best fat burners on sale right now. So few product deliver significantly faster fat loss, reduced hunger cravings, and increased energy levels without causing side effects!
Can Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt really do all of this?
Is it safe?
How does it compare to the best fat burners on the market today?
Find out the answers to these questions by reading our full Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt review below. We examine the ingredients, the doses, and more. Have you used Ultra Sculpt? Tell us what you thought in the comments!
Ultra Sculpt Formula
Here is the full ingredient list for Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt:
That is a very interesting formula.
Right away we can see that there are some excellent fat burners in this product; we see several substances that have been proven by clinical trials to enhance fat loss, boost athletic performance, and promote a better physique all-round.
The doses look very good in places too. Amour Nutrition have included more than enough in some of the most important places.
However, there are some serious flaws to the Ultra Sculpt formula too.
The main ingredient – raspberry extract – is a complete dud. Nothing in raspberries has ever been found to promote fat loss in a meaningful way.
A few of the best ingredients in Ultra Sculpt – those with the most potential for enhancing a cut – have been low dosed too.
All-in-all, Ultra Sculpt is a fat burner with a lot of wasted potential. If Amour Nutrition had just dropped the raspberry extract rubbish and dosed the proven ingredients properly, it’d be a solid fat burner.
Let’s go through all this in a little more detail.
- Very good serving of Capiscum Extract
- Generous serving of Green Coffee Bean
- Utilizes Chromium
We see the Ultra Sculpt formulas as deeply flawed in many ways, but it does have some very strong selling points.
The main benefit of this fat burner is undoubtedly the generous servings of key ingredients. Taken together, these ingredients will promote fat loss, increase caloric expenditure, and help with blood sugar control (vital if you’re fasting).
For example, Ultra Sculpt provides 100mg of Capsicum Extract per serving.
Capiscum extract works by increasing your internal body temperature. Your body interprets capsaicin – the oil in chilis which gives them their heat – as heat. It is an irritant, but the body responds to it in the same way it responds to high temperatures.
You therefore experience a heat-coping response; you start sweating, your heart rate increases, your blood vessels dilate, and so on. Your body goes into overdrive trying to keep you cool. This all costs calories!
Supplementing with 100mg of capsicum extract per day is more than enough to see a dramatic increase in baseline caloric expenditure. This helps to put you in a greater relative caloric deficit, making fat loss much faster (and without cutting more food).
You also get a decent serving of green coffee bean extract from this fat burner – 175mg to be exact.
Green coffee beans are a natural source of a compound called chlorogenic acid. Chlorogenic acid has been found to have significant anti-obesity effects in humans (reference). Various studies on mice have found that it improves lipid metabolism, inhibits fat accumulation, and helps insulin do its job properly.
There have also been a number of human studies in which researchers discovered a link between chlorogenic acid consumption and better blood glucose utilization, reduced obesity rates, and greater fat loss (reference).
This is why green coffee bean extract can be found in pretty much every premium-quality fat burner today. You don’t need a great deal, so even the best fat burners tend to use no more than 100mg. Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt provides 175mg, which is great.
Generous servings of good ingredients; this is what we want to see from a fat burner today. While we thin the Ultra Sculpt formula is flawed overall, we think it has some serious merits.
- Not enough glucomannan
- Not enough Tyrosine
- No green tea extract
- Raspberry extract does nothing
There are a lot of problems with the Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt formula. As we said above, we’re not overly impressed with this fat burner.
It is difficult to choose a main, overriding problem. But if we had to select one main issue, we would say it was the use of raspberry extract as a main ingredient.
There’s just so much we dislike about this.
For starters, we aren’t told what the extract is; “extract” usually means that a manufacturer has taken a specific component of a plant and concentrated it. We have no idea what Amour Nutrition have extracted from raspberries here. This is poor labelling practice – very sloppy.
It’s safe to assume, however, that it’s raspberry ketones. This is itself a massive problem.
Raspberry ketones are a much-hyped fat burner. They’re used in hundreds of weight loss products today.
But unfortunately, they don’t work.
Raspberry ketones have absolutely nothing to do with human ketone bodies. They are organic compounds which give raspberries their distinctive smell. They have no physiological effects in humans. No studies have ever found a link between raspberry ketone supplementation and fat loss.
They are a by-product of the perfume industry. Supplement manufacturers just use them because the word “ketones” makes for an easy sell!
Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt contains a whopping 430mg of Raspberry Extract. It is the main ingredient of this fat burner by some margin. This is a lot for a completely useless, unproven ingredient!
There is also the general problem of missing ingredients, or low doses in some cases. This really does hold Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt back.
Ultra Sculpt contains a very small amount of Tyrosine.
Tyrosine helps keep you calm, relaxed, and focused on your workouts despite being physically exhausted. It is typically taken in amounts ranging from 150mg all the way up to 500mg. It is extremely effective and side effect-free.
It is therefore a real shame to see it dosed so low in Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt! Each serving provides just 50mg of this potentially useful ingredient.
We also get just 100mg of glucomannan per serving. This is extremely low for such a powerful and effective fat burner.
Glucomannan forms a thick paste in your stomach, making you feel much fuller for longer. If you often struggle with the hunger aspect of cutting, then glucomannan might be just what you need. It does not artificially suppress or eliminate appetite; it just makes your meals more satisfying (like downing a glass of water with food, but more substantial). It doesn’t block vital nutrients like fats or carbs.
The best fat burners on the market today will use anywhere up to 500mg of glucomannan per serving. The 100mg we get from Ultra Sculpt just isn’t enough.
Amount Nutrition Ultra Sculpt Side Effects – Is It Safe?
There are no big red flags in this formulas – the ingredients in Ultra Sculpt are all commonplace in modern fat burners. They’re all been examined in clinical trials – on human subjects – and none of them are thought to cause serious side effects.
Aside from the caffeine, none of the ingredients in Ultra Sculpt are actually even thought to cause moderate or mild side effects – at least not for the vast majority of users.
But we do need to talk about the caffeine content of Ultra Sculpt.
Caffeine is an extremely powerful natural stimulant. Many people treat it lightly because it is so widely used; most of us consume it literally every day. But just a few hundred milligrams of caffeine is enough to cause significant physiological and psychological side effects.
Common side effects of caffeine consumption include:
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of focus
Chronic over-consumption of caffeine can cause insomnia, dependency, and an elevated risk of cardiac arrest.
Ultra Sculpt contains less than 90mg of caffeine, which is about the same as a single espresso. Side effects from Ultra Sculpt alone are therefore unlikely.
Please calculate your caffeine intake carefully before you try to add in more from supplements. It all counts, and it can quickly add up. Take caffeine seriously, especially if you are sensitive to caffeine, you have a heart condition, or you’re already using stimulants on a regular basis (e.g from pre-workouts).

It is vital that you remember the following facts while reading our reviews:
- We are not doctors
- This is not medical advice
You need to do your own research thoroughly and talk to your regular doctor if you have any concerns. Don’t ask “homeopathic” doctors or “alternative medicine practitioners” – these people are not doctors! If you experience any side effects whatsoever while using Ultra Sculpt, please seek medical attention right away and alert the manufacturer.
Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt Review Conclusion – Is It A Good Fat Burner?
If you’ve read our full Ultra Sculpt review, then you’ll already know that we are not going to be recommending this fat burner to our readers.
It isn’t a terrible supplement by any means. Using Ultra Sculpt will definitely help you through your next cut. It will increase energy levels during training, increase caloric expenditure from baseline, and accelerate fat loss.
However, it is not the best fat burner on offer today. Far from it.
The main ingredient is completely useless for enhancing fat loss or athletic performance. Raspberry extract doesn’t do anything at all – it is a complete dud!
The Ultra Sculpt formula has other flaws – low doses, missing ingredients, and other unproven ingredients. But the use of a total dud as a main ingredient is the biggest issue.
Amour Nutrition Ultra Sculpt is over-priced, under-powered, and uninspiring.
If you want a supplement that is going to give you significantly better results at the end of your next cut, use a more targeted, professional, powerful fat burner.
